By accessing or using the 67 Junk website (67junk.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
67 Junk operates a quote marketplace platform that connects customers seeking junk removal services with independent junk removal service providers in South Florida. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide junk removal services.
Important: 67 Junk is a platform only. The junk removal providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of 67 Junk.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you may need to provide:
- Accurate and complete contact information
- Valid phone number for SMS communications
- Valid email address for notifications
- Accurate description of your junk removal needs
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from 67 Junk at the phone number provided. This consent is not required to purchase goods or services.
- Message Types: Quote confirmations, bid notifications, service updates, customer support
- Message Frequency: Up to 10 messages per quote request
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages
- Help: Text HELP for assistance or contact us via our form
Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request:
- Your information will be shared with up to 5 junk removal providers
- Providers may contact you directly with their quotes
- Quotes are provided by independent providers, not 67 Junk
- 67 Junk does not guarantee any specific pricing or service quality
- You are under no obligation to accept any quote
6. Escrow Payment Option
Secure Escrow Payments
Some providers offer the option to pay upfront through our secure escrow system. When you choose escrow payment:
- Payment Held Securely: Your payment is held in a secure escrow account, not released to the provider until the job is complete
- Job Confirmation: After the provider marks the job complete, you will receive a link via SMS to confirm completion
- 48-Hour Auto-Confirmation: If you do not respond within 48 hours, the job is automatically confirmed
- 14-Day Hold Period: After confirmation, funds are held for an additional 14 days before release to the provider
- Dispute Process: If you are unsatisfied, you may file a dispute within 24 hours of job completion. Disputes are reviewed by our team.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of job completion. Refunds are issued at 67 Junk's sole discretion based on evidence provided by both parties. Photo documentation by the provider may be used as evidence.
Chargeback Warning: Filing a credit card chargeback after confirming job completion (either manually or via auto-confirmation) is considered fraudulent and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
7. Service Provider Terms
For junk removal providers using our platform:
- You must maintain valid business licenses and insurance
- You agree to provide accurate, honest quotes to customers
- You must respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- You agree not to spam or harass customers
- 67 Junk may charge fees for leads or premium placement
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. 67 JUNK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY JUNK REMOVAL PROVIDERS.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 67 JUNK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 67 Junk from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
